At Easy Glam, we prioritize getting your orders to you promptly β who wants to wait around? Here's how we handle shipping:
π Shipping Schedule:
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm New Zealand Time are dispatched on the same day!
Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped out the following day.
β¨ International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide β bringing glam to doorsteps around the globe!
β Delayed Shipping:
We understand that sometimes delays occur. If your order is more than 10 days late, please reach out to us at info@easyglam.co.nz, and we'll assist you promptly.
π Lost Shipments:
Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the couriers. While we're unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we're here to help if there's an issue with the address provided.
If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us at info@easyglam.co.nz, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Courier: 1-3 Working Days - $7.00
Rural Courier: 1-3 Working Days - $9.00
