Shipping Policy

At Easy Glam, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We process and ship all orders from Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following day.
  • Our commitment is to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days, with the exception of occasional instances that may require up to 3 days.
  • All orders are shipped with overnight shipping from the day they are dispatched. If your order is urgent, please inform us, and we will make every effort to expedite the process.
  • Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 1-2 days from the order placement for fulfillment. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping within 3 days, we will promptly notify you.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or by Tuesday at the latest for standard shipping.

International Shipping:

  • Please anticipate potential delays in international shipping as our courier partners are working diligently. Delivery times may extend up to 2 weeks or longer based on circumstances beyond our control.

Missing Parcels:

  • Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier service. We are not liable for lost or stolen orders unless an incorrect address was provided by us.
  • Ensure accurate address details during checkout. If your order takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive, please contact us at info@easyglam.co.nz We will assist you in tracking your order or exploring potential issues.
  • For all other inquiries, check your tracking number or contact the respective courier services: NZ POST or ARAMEX for NZ parcels, and NZ Post for Australian & international parcels.
